Default Porterhouse Valentines

I know I said that I wasn't going to do anything for valentines but throughout the work day I thought to myself that I should cook dinner for the lady.
I also held back all bodily function for most of the evening... Come midnight though it was on.

I went and bought some porterhouse steaks. Spent about $50 but it was the best steak I had ever had. Honestly it turned out to be the best valentines day we had ever shared.

Wow, that's a big steak! What did you marinate it in?

I just poored A1 Thick and Juicy on the plate with this season salt, pepper, and garlic mix seasoning. I continued to baste while cooking on grill with excess..

Took a lot longer than I thought on the grill as opposed to smaller/thinner steaks that I have cooked.

Looks good and you probably earned a few Honey points with that.
