Radio is able to be to be turned on without a key .

I have a 2011 Equinox and I am able to turn on and use the radio and Onstar without a key .This is not the retained power feature .
The car had been off for over 12 hours ,I pushed the power button to check the time and the radio and the Onstar came on.
Has anyone else noticed this ? Is this normal ?

I will have to check that out. I thought my Nox did something like that but I will have to check later.

Has anyone left the radio on long enough to see if it shuts off on its own ?
If so how long did it take ?
Mine has been on for as long as 15 minutes and it did not shut off.

Yeah it turns off after a while.. I don't know the exact time frame but I think its like 20 minutes.
