While driving I have the air/fan on. After about 15 min. the air flow slows to an almost stop. I will then turn the air off but leave the fan running. You can smell the ice melting and sometimes it will actually spit out little ice pellets. I have checked for leaks, changed every filter I can find but have had no luck in find the solution. If anyone can shed a little light to help me out, that would be great.

Thank you,
Nick

Sounds like it might be a problem with the EVAP controller/computer that has to do with the ac..

Could it be that the cabin air filter is clogged up?

How many miles do you have?

My cabin filter was full of leaves and bugs at just 28k miles.
