Alas! The fuel fump 10amp fuse was bad. This was a learning experience as I rarely have electrical issues. I am a fool because:

I should have checked ALL fuses, not just high amp ones.
I shouldn't have assumed it wasn't a fuel problem because I could smell fuel when cranking (for the 20 min I tried at work after it died)
I should have tested the spark plugs properly.
